Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with G4 Supplies. We aim to provide high-quality products and excellent service. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition you received it

    • In its original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Note: Certain items such as custom-branded or clearance products are non-returnable.


Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.


Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at g4multiservice@gmail.com


Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
