Thank you for shopping with G4 Supplies. We’re committed to delivering your products in a timely and secure manner. Please review our shipping terms below.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on the carrier’s current rates, the weight and size of the order, and the delivery address.

  • We partner with reliable carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

  • Exception: Some products may ship from outside the United States, which can result in longer delivery times (7–21 business days or more) depending on customs processing and international transit delays.

The estimated delivery time will be shown at checkout when applicable.

4. Tracking Information

  • You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

  • Orders shipped from outside the U.S. may have limited tracking updates until they enter the country.

5. Delivery Issues

  • Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order.

  • G4 Supplies is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses or carrier issues once the item is marked as delivered.

6. Shipping Area

  • We currently ship within the United States only.
